Don't Quit!

Hi5 Update: This morning's workout was REALLY tough! I didn't want to get up at 5:30 am to do my T25 workout but I DID IT ANYWAY! I struggled through the ENTIRE workout...but I finished it. Well, I decided I would get on the scale after the workout and what did I see??? Down another 2 lbs!!! I started the Hi5 Challenge 5 weeks ago and I weighed 158 lbs. My current weight is 151 lbs!!! I encourage anyone that is struggling to live a healthier lifestyle to stay in the fight! You will see results if you DON'T QUIT! I didn't start this challenge to lose weight. I started this challenge because I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle and I wanted to see more muscle definition. I know that I can't achieve either of those goals by sleeping in! Because I didn't quit when I felt like giving up, I am seeing results and I feel amazing!!! Even if you aren't participating in the Hi5 Challenge, I challenge you live and eat healthy, not just for you but for your family! #Hi5Life
