Back to Size 6!

Feeling GREAT!!! Guess who's back to a size 6 for her 29th birthday?!?!! Yep...it's me! Fine and 29! Celebrating 29 awesome years of life and 6 wonderful years of marriage on June 21! I haven't worn a size 6 since freshman year in college! I can't wait to slip on these jeans Saturday for The Poetry Cafe! #fine&29 #mybirthday #healthyliving #myproductswork

Hi5 Boost! The Real Deal!

Have you been using your Hi5 Boost??? Here's what the Hi5 Boost did for me yesterday: I did T25 Cardio workout at 6 am, followed by chest, biceps, and triceps with my personal trainer at 3:30 pm, and I closed it all out with 5 volleyball games at 7 pm!!! What exercises will you do today?

We are on Day 2 of the Hi5 Challenge and I'm feeling great! Morning workouts can really give you a good start to the day. Challenge yourself and wake up early to do your workouts.
